On April 23, 2019, Clemson University and the Walker Golf Course maintenance department will be hosting a Poa annua and Spring Dead Spot control field day on campus. We will examine the latest control options for this most devastating disease of bermudagrass fairways as well as look at the latest control options for Poa in overseeded and non-overseeded greens and fairways. The field day will begin at 9am and last until ~11am. It is free and open to the public. Prior registration is not necessary and pesticide credits will be offered.
