Charleston Meeting:
Mar, 16 2010 — What a great day at The Citadel! The history and mystic that surrounds this campus is amazing! Mike Groshon shared some very interesting stories of the school and his perspective on sport turf management. Dr. Bert MaCarty followed with an informative hour via the small screen on new ways to control old problems. After a hearty BBQ lunch a tour of the River Dogs/Citadel home baseball field was in order. Mike Williams offered some great philosophy and words of wisdoms that should help set any sports turf professional apart from the rest. Next stop . .
